BASIC INSURANCE
G & M HAULERS Co insures each move with our basic policy unless you have requested and purchased additional coverage. Depending on the size of carrier/truck you have requested, you will be covered up to the a maximum amount while the truck is in motion from pickup location to destination. No extra fees are added and there is no necessary signature for you to be covered in our basic insurance policy.
UPGRADED INSURANCE
Upon choosing to increase your insurance policy, we offer an increased amount for a flat rate for IN-TOWN moves or at a specified rate of $0.25 per mile. This will increase your policy from the basic insurance policy, which is standard, to the upgraded insurance policy for the specific carrier size. The Upgraded Policy of ______________ for the carrier size of ________ will be an extra amount determined at $0.25 per mile traveling at ________ miles for an extra fee of _______.

Note: The amount you are insured is the maximum amount you are able to receive. With your insurance policy, you will receive the amount of the value of your items UP TO the maximum amount insured. Depending on the value of your items, be sure to agree on the correct insurance policy. If you are in need of a larger amount of insurance, please make sure to let the company know.
